FAQ's

Bookings can be made via our website and full payment is required prior to the booking being confirmed. If you are making a booking on behalf of a group and are from a recognised contractor, then a PO can be provided in lieu of payment.

We have a kitchen with microwave and tea and coffee making facilities provided free of charge. There are also local food options in the nearby village of Acle.

Course details are provided on the relevant course information page and details of the course will be provided during the booking stage and in your confirmation email.

All equipment is provided and PPE requirements are specified in the joining instructions sent at the time of booking confirmation. 

Yes. Subject to attendees meeting the course requirements.

We do not arrange hotels for attendees but a local search on google will provide various local accommodation options.

Approximately 2 weeks after the completion of the course. Full payment must have been received for those attendees who have been booked on a course through a PO.
